Issy is a florist with over 12 years of experience, having built her career alongside some of the industry’s most respected studios.

She began her floral journey with roles at The Flower Appreciation Society and WillowCrossley, where she developed a deep understanding of colour, large-scale event production, and the joy of working with flowers. She then worked at Pyrus Studio, gaining valuable insight into flower farming, seasonality, curation, and floral sculpture.

From 2019 to 2023, Issy returned to The Flower Appreciation Society as Studio Director, overseeing the design and production of weddings and events, as well as leading their workshop programme.

Forever grateful for the experience and mentorship of the wonderful women she has worked alongside, Issy is now embarking on a new chapter, establishing her own floral design studio.

In 2024, she expanded her botanical practice by studying Planting Design with London College of Garden Design at Kew Gardens, graduating with distinction.

She brings a wealth of practical knowledge and creative expertise to every project, from large-scale weddings and events to smaller, highly considered creative commissions and set design.
